What You Won’t Find In DellaCasa Pasta

Pasta is a comfort food, easy to make and great for those picky eaters. Rolling dough out by hand across wood with a rolling pin makes superb pasta. Fresh eggs enhance the richness and smooth textures of the different types.

Then, simply boil, warm the sauce, mix and you have a perfect meal your family will love.

But who has the time to do all that work?

At DellaCasa we're making fresh, delicious pasta every day, doing the hard work for you. We put our love of food, fresh ingredients and heart and soul into every package.

This is what we DON'T add to our pasta!

What You Won’t Find In DellaCasa Pasta

Azodicarbonamide.

The flour we use is unbleached. This means it does not contain Azodicarbonamide.

Azodicarbonamide is found in breads, frozen dinners and boxed pastas. It's been linked to asthma and is an ingredient in foamed plastics (yoga mats and sneakers for example). It's use is banned in Australia, the U.K., and most European countries.

Potassium Bromate.

The flour we use is also unbromated. This means it does not contain Potassium Bromate.

Potassium Bromate is found in wraps, rolls and bread crumbs. It's been linked to kidney damage, cancer, and nervous system damage. It's use is banned in Europe, Canada and China.

All of us here at Della Casa Pasta wish you and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving and hope you enjoy the Turkey Tetrazzini recipe below-perfect for leftovers!
